Responsible for Supervising daily construction work of 96 units Permata Hijau Town House by ensuring contractor work and workers complying to specification, procedures and contractual requirements. Helping Project Manager to preparing budget plan of WTC Matahari and Metropolis Town Square. Also responsible for implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.

While waiting, I was also helping Estimate Department Head Office to preparing master schedule and work methods Wisma Asia II Project and Romindo Primavetcom head office project, Kelapa Gading Mall Phase 5 project, Sumarecon Mall Serpong project, Puri Indah Hospital project, etc for tender.

Sentul City Convention Center Project, Structure, Architecture & Plumbing, Bogor (September 2006 –December 2007 / Project Contract Price Rp. 98.250.000.000,00/ US$ 10.917.000,00 )
Together with Project Manager responsible for preparing, monitoring and evaluating Master Schedule, Quality Plan, Work Methods and Budget Plan, including man power planning, equipment on site planning, material supply planning and shop drawing schedule. Giving technical assistance and structural analysis, and also very responsible for implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001. Control the construction work so as to ensure it meets the overall master plan for the construction and completion.
Together with Project Manager guide and manage 41 staff consist of chief & site engineers, quality control engineers, quantity surveyors, supervisors, bar bending schedule staff, surveyor, mechanic, store keeper, safety supervisors, & administration for daily work at site efficiently complying to internal and external procedures and work methods.
Coordinating & supervise subcontractor to ensure them obeying the overall master plan for the construction & completion. Develop a continual coordination with owner, consultant, subcontractor, supplier, etc to ensure project completion with customer satisfaction.
